TELEPHONE ANSWERING SERVICES
With Telemessaging services from Berkshire Communicators, a professional, friendly and highly trained Telesecretary will answer your phone -- exactly how you want it to be answered -- and patch calls directly to you, or relay clear, dependable and informative messages. Messages are easy to retrieve by speaking directly with a Telesecretary when you need assistance. We also can fax messages anywhere and set up a direct connection to your Alpha Cell Phone. We offer a wide variety of answering service packages, so there’s bound to be one to suit your needs.

Special Services

  • Reception Service
    Designed for those companies that do not have an in-house Operator or Receptionist to answer phones. All incoming calls are answered by Berkshire Communicators Operators and transferred to extensions within the clients telephone system.
  • Alternative Answer
    Designed for those companies that do have an operator or receptionist, but, need back up for lunches, breaks, overflow calls, or absenteeism. It works the same as reception service but is activated and de-activated by the client. A disconnect switch is required on the premise phone system to activate and de-activate alternate answer.
  • Wake-up Service
    Designed for Non-TAS clients to provide a wake-up call. Service includes 30 calls per month. Each additional call is billed at a per minute rate.

Enhancements to TAS

  • Call Screening
    Designed to enhance the Basic or Regular TAS account with a message, ie. Office hours, emergency procedures, etc. This service features the ability to Press “O” at anytime to revert to an operator. This is Time Sensitive with a base charge and a per minute “over and above” the TAS charge.

TAS Options

  • Fax Service
    Messages are faxed to and from Berkshire Communicators. Price is per page + tolls
  • Patched Calls
    Ability of the Operator to Patch calls directly to the client. There is a 15 minute time limit. Charge is per patched call. Under TAS link you will have a link for Basic & Regular then under there will be the description of each.
