• Stand Alone Voice Mail
  We provide a free local, 413 area code telephone number to which you forward your incoming calls. You record your own greeting, changing it as often as you like. You can even list the number in your advertising. To retrieve your messages, you call our toll free 800 number. You can edit, save, and deliver any or all messages at that time. There also is a service to give a message only, such as "All classes are canceled today due to the storm."
• Operator Revert
  Your caller is given a greeting and a choice to leave a message or be connected with one of our Telesecretaries who can take immediate action. Great for emergency and on-call services. Sample script: "Thank you for calling the XYZ Company. Our office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If you would like to leave a message for sales, press 1, for service press 2. If this is an emergency, please press 3 and you will be connected to someone who can assist you."
• Personalized Auto Answer
  Gives your callers a personalized greeting when all lines are busy. Sample script: "Thank you for calling the XYZ Company. All of our lines are busy, but your call is very important to us. So, please stay on the line for the next available representative."
• Page Out
  This option automatically pages you each time a message is left in your voice mailbox. It's like having your answering machine call you.
